- Viewing Coordination: Take charge of booking viewings for our negotiators, enabling them to showcasing our exceptional properties
- Market Appraisals: Play a vital role in booking market appraisals, laying the foundation for successful property transactions
- Document Management: Upload captivating photos, floor plans, and Energy Performance certificates to our systems, ensuring accurate property information
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precision by uploading Land Registry records and meticulously verifying information when required
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Conduct thorough AML checks and verify identification from relevant parties, ensuring a secure and ethical process
- Property Admin Experience: Previous experience in a property-related role is advantageous
- Confidence and Interpersonal Skills: Effortlessly connecting with people, building strong relationships and providing outstanding service
