We are looking for an experienced, technology-oriented Privacy & Product Legal Counsel to join our Legal team.A lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in a legal department of a technology company or a technology/privacy compliance department of a leading law firm. The Legal Counsel should have an in-depth understanding of data protection and privacy regulations, as well as experience in advising on technology and product developments, e-commerce activities, AI and other related aspects.What am I going to do?:

Lead Fiverr’s privacy program and provide guidance on data protection and privacy.
Provide comprehensive legal advice on various product development and other activities, covering privacy, e-commerce, consumer protection, AI, and other legal domains.
Monitor worldwide laws and regulations as well as emerging trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain internal privacy-related policies, procedures and workflows.
Draft and review terms of use, policies, DPAs, contracts and other legal documents.
Conduct privacy impact assessments and compliance audits, as needed.
Engage with external law firms when required.

4-6 years of relevant experience in a legal department of a technology company or a technology/privacy compliance department of a leading law firm.
A bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
In-depth understanding and experience in key global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CPRA and other US state laws, etc.
Experience in leading privacy programs.
Passionate about privacy and technology; excellent ability to understand the product, technical, and business needs and their legal implications; strategic thinking.
Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew.
Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced business environment and globally distributed teams. A team player.
