Your mission will be to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. From building predictive models to collaborating with senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's success.HR Data Analytics
  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
  • Build predictive models to forecast workforce trends and talent needs.
  • Present insights and recommendations to HR and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices through data-driven insights.
Learning & Talent Development
  • Learning Management Systems
  • You work with Group L&D to develop and enforce governance rules and standards for LMS usage in line with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • You create and automate reports to support regulatory compliance reporting and internal decision-making processes.
  • You identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Experience: You possess over 2 years of prior experience in HR data analysis, ideally within a large organization or corporate setting. Your familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, compensation review, performance management, training, and talent development equips you to navigate complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Analytical skills: You have a proven track record of building predictive models and developing dashboards that facilitate decision-making. Experience with tools such as Power BI, SPSS, or other statistical software are a nice a plus.
  • Problem-solving acumen: You thrive in environments that demand critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Your keen eye for detail allows you to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement within HR metrics.
  • Communication skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus. You possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. You can articulate complex findings in a clear and concise manner, making data-driven insights accessible to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Nature: As a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, you excel at collaborating cross-functionally. You are adept at translating business needs into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adaptability: In a rapidly evolving landscape, you demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. You stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
