:Program Specialists play an integral role in ensuring the operations of the LOB run smoothly, efficiently and are continuously being improved. They directly influence the customer experience and are responsible for creating and improving processes for safety issues. Product launches, strategy/ policy execution and analysis all form part of your BAU. To be successful you will need to be great at ruthlessly prioritising and maintaining a healthy communication stream with all stakeholders throughout both our support network and Operations teams.Your Impact in Role:
  • Data Analysis: Look into data on a WoW basis to check for trends and help in improving the support we provide for our Consumers, Earners and Merchants
  • Reporting: Own reporting for the LOB you are supporting through deep dives and insight generation working closely with support Team Leads and Vendor Managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with global and regional functional experts to ensure ANZ's policies and processes remain to be best in-class, compliant and geared towards maximum operational efficiency
  • Process Optimisation: Plan, roll out and manage product launches/ projects that aim to improve the quality of support we give all users of Uber in ANZ, as part of ANZ Community Operations
The Experience You'll Bring:
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills: Rapid identification of potential challenges and designing, aligning, and implementing solutions. Ability to conduct analysis independently. SQL experience preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: Extending across global and in-market teams, as well as different organisations across Uber
  • Planning & Organising: Monitors and follows through until project completion. Performs operational tasks independently with minimal guidance
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience building efficient processes that scale across a large organisation
