- Led the global teams of Project Implementation Managers while acting as a Subject matter expert on HiredScore products and implementation processes and escalation point of contact
- Build a team, Including Hiring, Training, Mentorship, and development of new team leads & teams members
- Build strategic initiatives and present ideas/project status to senior leadership
- Identifying opportunities for further business & product development, or potential risks that could impede or slow the progress of implementation, notifying key stakeholders when needed
- Support and guide the team in day-to-day operations, Client interactions, Attending client calls when needed, and an escalation point in all aspects
- Understand clients' needs, and current workflows and design HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations.
- Close coordination with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve highly complex business, integration, and clients related issues
- Work with overall internal leads to address potential issues and risks
- Working closely with Customer Success to ensure a successful transition of the accounts from the sales period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period
- +6 years experience leading Global teams of Technical Project Managers/ Implementation Managers/ Professional Services Managers
- Strong Leadership skills and ability to create engagement within the team and with the overall organization
- Strong analytical skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret and address client needs, Identify strategic areas, and build the future of Project Implementation
- Experience working in a SAAS company selling to enterprise clients in a global environment
- Hands-on Experience in implementing SAAS products / Professional services in a Software Delivery environment including configurations, system integrations, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity
- The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues and address escalations
- Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goal
- Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure, Understand and be open to on-going changes
- Affinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle and project/program management
- Availability and flexibility to sometimes work US hours (e.g. evenings)
- A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends - preferred
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
