Pernod Ricard is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO), entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating the delivery of all processes within the ERP transformation program. This role involves overseeing the project management aspects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of process designs and developments across various teams, maintaining alignment with the program's overall objectives and timelines.You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.Your key missions:Project Coordination: Coordinate process streams for the delivery of process designs and developments across the ERP transformation program, ensuring that project milestones are met, and deliverables are aligned with strategic goals.Planning Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones and adjusting plans as necessary to address delays or changes in project scope.Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources across process design and development teams, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, budget, and technology to achieve Leap development and rolloutRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues related to process delivery, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to process delivery and manage efficiently streams interdependenciesIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!Master's degree in engineering or business schoolRequired 5/7 years of experience.Agile certification appreciated, Other Project Management certification appreciatedExperience in consumer goods industry.Experience across the group, and ideally on managing large projectsEnglish is mandatory.
