- Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces
- Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
- Executing store setup, uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Pages, Product Listing, Promotion Setup)
- Key contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations
- Updating daily performance and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide support to the Commercial Manager to do commercials & promotions plans, sales forecast
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
- At least 1+ year(s) of working experience in commercial e-commerce fields, i.e. retail, FMCG, sales, and marketing.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels.
- Result-driven, flexible, and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
