Customer Service Support with Swedish and English

• Providing costumer support in Swedish and English;
• Contact with customers via chat, e-mails and phone;
• Solving customer problems;
• Working with basic office tools;
• Building positive relationships with customers.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1);
• Openness to shift work;
• Availability to work minimum 150 hours per month;
• Communication skills;
• Commitment.
