**Join AXA Partners - Exciting Opportunity for Customer Service Advisors! **Overview:- Provide exceptional service for Motor breakdown and home emergency.- Essential member of operations departments, handling inbound calls, and supporting customers with various skill sets.- Hybrid working contracts available, with 2 days a week in our vibrant Redhill office.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls, find solutions for customers, and instruct approved suppliers.- Support customers in Home and Motor insurance claims.Working Hours:- Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 9 pm).- Part-time hours considered, discussed with the recruitment team.Intake Dates:- Monday 10th June 2024Salary & Benefits:- Full-time salary: £21,870 + up to 7.5% shift allowance .- Opportunity of cross-skill allowance of £2,000 after completing training in all 3 departments within the business.Induction & Training:- 4.5 weeks of comprehensive training provided.- Part-time employees must complete training on full-time hours.QualificationsRequirements:- Previous experience not essential; comprehensive training provided.- Excellent customer service skills with empathy, respect, and patience.- Ability to handle difficult conversations and solve problems.- Basic computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft 365, data entry, good grammar, and spelling.Apply Now:- Exciting roles for dynamic individuals ready to make a difference!- Contact us to discuss part-time hours during the recruitment process.AXA is committed to diversity and inclusion.
