Enterprise Business Architect

- You are responsible for collaborating and challenging a consistent architecture covering all aspects of service including internal and external IT systems
- You coordinate with the business to support first level architecture review/approval of applications and interconnectivity
- You align the application strategy with the wider IT strategy in the context of CEVA's business goals
- You communication with partners from business and neighboring IT departments (COE)
- You translate and drive tactical and strategic needs from the business lines and IT system domains (COE) into a system roadmap. You recommend re-use of CEVA technology where applicable
- You work with domain application architects to design and implement a consensus based adaptable and scalable system landscape
- You oversee proof of concepts and vendor/product selection initiatives for all system integration aspects
- You determine opportunities, analyze impact, and drive continuous innovation of the system integration landscape
- You develop a governance framework with a set of policies and guidelines for internal and external system integration via a standard review process.
- You collaborate with technology owners to ensure architectural consistency within the system integration landscape
- You identify and escalate missing components to EA to determine how to mitigate gaps and risk
- You build documentation to support existing and future business needs
- You work to build trust within and across global teams in supporting the EA strategy.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience gained in delivering large scale system integration landscapes
- You have 5-7 years of Logistics / 3PL experience to act as the content expert on the business side and to challenge/debate solutions as well as act as the expert on new projects and endeavors while representing EA.
- You have experience with data integration methods and technologies (e.g., ETL, Data Virtualization, Master Data Management)
- You have experience in developing and driving IT roadmaps
- You have expertise in system and information architecture and design mechanism
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have experience in managing a team of technical experts
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- You have strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior internal and external partners.
- You are able to imagine what will be required in 5-10 years' time whilst being pragmatic and cost effective in building a strategy and roadmap "fit for purpose”
