- Knowledge or study towards CPP or CIPD qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English is a must, Polish or Portuguese is advantageous
- Discretion and confidentiality with HR information
- Own transport to cover both Ballymahon and Kilbeggan sites
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Proactive and motivated attitude
