- Spearhead LATRO’s brand management, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all regions
- Utilize ABM tools and platforms to identify key accounts, customize messaging, and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with our strategic accounts
- Collaborate with sales, presales, product development and services teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to account engagement and conversion
- Lead the production of compelling marketing materials and digital content that effectively communicate LATRO’s value proposition
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and online advertising, to maximize LATRO’s online presence
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies and tactics accordingly
- Oversee marketing performance metrics, utilizing data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI
- Lead, develop and manage a multicultural team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective success
