We are currently seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and help us continue to raise the bar in the digital design space to join our dynamic team in Calicut.As a Motion Graphic Designer at Nuox Technologies(Part of Element 8 group), you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital projects. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and delivering captivating visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.

2. Motion Design: Create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.3. Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage to create compelling narratives and visual experiences.4. Typography: Incorporate typography and text animations to effectively convey messaging in video content.5.. Visual Effects: Add visual effects, transitions, and special effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of motion graphics.6. Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of motion graphics.8. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.Qualifications:> Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related field for at least 2 years.
> Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
> Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphic and animation work.
> Knowledge of video compression, formats, and delivery methods for various digital platforms.
> Understanding of current design and animation trends.
> Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
> Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines.
