As the Trades Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of our internal trades team servicing our Residential Government Contract. You will work along side the Contract Manager to provide a strong service in maintenance.This role is based across the Newcastle / Central Coast Region, NSW.
- Manage a team of trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers etc.) providing maintenance works to our clients sites
- KPI / SLA Adherence
- Client and Internal reporting

- Adhere to budget constraints from the client
