- Efficiently process and qualify leads to build and maintain a customer pipeline;
- Conduct captivating demo lessons to showcase the value of our online programming courses to our potential customers;
- Drive sales by communicating the benefits of our school and converting leads into enrolled students.
- Customer Support:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from parents and students;
- Ensure a positive experience for the students and their parents.
- Teacher Recruitment and Management:
- Source, interview, and hire qualified teachers to meet the demand for programming lessons;
- Manage and support teachers to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to headquarters, providing regular updates on market performance;
- Take the initiative to implement new strategies and initiatives that would improve the KPIs.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance;
- Collaborate with the leadership team to analyze results and formulate strategies for continuous improvement.
