- Provide professional and timely owner support via email and phone.
- Respond to level 1 owner inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for owners regarding active booking issues and requests.
- Take ownership of issues and give your best to solve them, or otherwise escalate to the appropriate department.
- Ensure quality and professional service at all times, maintaining a high level of owner satisfaction.
- Maintain a full understanding of owner processes and tools, staying up to date on changes and updates to our systems.
- Be proactive in finding creative solutions to owner requests, using your knowledge of our services and resources to provide exceptional service and exceed owner expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Languages: Portuguese / French C2/ English minimum B2.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
