As Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.Key Responsibilities of the F&B Coordinator:
  • Gather, review and analyse F&B related data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
  • Analysing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and sanitation
  • Work closely with all functional teams to monitor / review / improve operational actions to drive business results.
  • Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
  • Knowledge of hotel events, hours of operation and in-house guests along with menu offerings of all F&B outlets.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
  • Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters
  • Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times
  • Liaise with vendors on all F&B purchasing matters including sourcing, costing and reporting
  • Maintain and stay abreast of the latest IT tools (as applicable).
  • Inventories and maintenance of POS equipment.
Requirements of F&B Coordinator:
  • A minimum of 2 years food & beverage experience in a hotel environment
  • Skilled in organizing resources and establishing multiple priorities
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of industry standards, products, and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of logical, organizational, and accuracy skills
  • Fluent in English, spoken as well as written
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule and holidays
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation
  • Highly service-minded and solution oriented
  • Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge
