- Channel Marketing: Work side by side with our NAC sales force to develop strategies, products and presentations that create market growth with our retail partners. A key part of this is market data analysis and an ability to develop and adapt products to channel specific needs when strategically prudent.
- Consumer Insights: Creates a culture of consumer connectivity, understanding segmentation, ethnography and turning insights into action. Works closely with the Brand Marketing group to make a holistic marketing strategy that integrates Product Development and Branding.
- Financial Results: Responsible for hitting all divisional sales and profit goals while developing and maintaining the annual marketing budget.
- Compliance: Works with legal and compliance departments to ensure all legal standards applicable to marketing, particularly as it relates to privacy policy and customer data is followed. Ensures employees adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Servant Leadership: Provide coaching and direction to inspire employees to maximize results. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices, create an environment that supports personal development and continuous improvement, and drives teamwork. Oversees training and development of marketing team and makes effective staffing decisions. Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years as a strategic product management leadership
- Consumer packaged goods experience, durable goods preferred.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
- Experience in leading and developing a high-performance product management team that work across multiple categories and product portfolios.
- Expertise in product management developing product roadmaps for multiple retail channels, and product development life cycles.
- Understand primary and secondary research. Expertise in market data, consumer research both qualitative and quantitative.
- Marketing competencies include strategic planning, consumer insights, , and content creation.
- High degree of business acumen - classic marketing, consumer product management, budget management and P&L understanding.
- Ability to effectively communicate at executive level.
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple business functions.
- This position is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
