  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
ActivitiesWe are recruiting Geophysicist & Geologist Engineers W/M to work on large-scale international projects. As Geophysicists / Geologists, you are responsible for safely conducting the acquisition, quality, interpretation, and integration of data in geoscience and reservoir studies conducted within the framework of future appraisal and development projects in line with the company's strategy (more energy, fewer emissions) to ensure the production of oil and gas, especially LNG, at low costs and low emissions and to develop CO2 storage solutions for industrial customers.Your main missions include:
  • Adhering to and promoting HSE rules.
  • Preparing and supervising geoscience & reservoir data acquisition operations (geology, geophysics, reservoir characterization, and monitoring).
  • Analyzing and interpreting subsurface data to obtain the best reservoir characterization of reservoirs and / or aquifers.
  • Conducting integrated studies of geology, geophysics, for the monitoring of fields (oil, gas, CO2 storage) to be developed, in production / injection.
  • Building and updating models, simple, complex, or innovative, in collaboration with reservoir engineers and geologists / geophysicists, to optimize fluid flow modeling, adapted to identified key heterogeneities.
  • Evaluating hydrocarbon resources and reserves available or CO2 storage capacities, studying the production / injection potential of reservoirs, and proposing data acquisitions, allowing optimization.
  • Drafting reservoir monitoring and management plans, (incl. CO2 storage).
