Especially when a new factory is built, there will be multiple installations at the same time, and you will be the one coordinating it.In short, you will:Check the possibilities for technical realization regarding the requirements.Create the installation plan and work schedule for internal workers and sub suppliers.Be the one point of contact for Mold Manufacturing during all installations.May cooperate with specialists of other disciplines or faculties, may coordinate technical interfaces.Interact with stakeholders on daily meetings to align the installation.What you need to make a difference:Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.Experience is the most important topic in this position, but we value a solid background as a project manager, potentially combined with a craftmanship education i.e. Marine Engineer.We expect that you can document several years of experience in project management with a high level of details from similar projects. It would be an advantage if you have experience with MS Projects or similar software.It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
