Kualifikasi :We are currently hiring an Industrial Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and unions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment.Main Responsibilities of Industrial Relations Manager1. Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its Mining, construction, Property development business values and objectives.
2. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with company owners.
3. Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner with amicable solutions.
4. Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
5. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement of company performance in visible manner.
6. You have a Degree in Human Resources or related fields with an age group 30-35 Years Male/Female
7. You have prior experience in employee relations or industrial relations at corporate level.
8. You have strong experience in dealing with human relation.
9. You possess strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
10. You have in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and company's legal system. Regulatory, Statutory & legal rules and regulations.
11. Well verses with contract documents, AKTA, IMB, NIB, NPWP, Notaries, Permits, ESDM, Disnaker, Kemanaker.
12. You have strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills. Good interactive skills, communication skills (English and Bahasa) , legal drafting in both language.Pengalaman Kerja :
