Job DescriptionGreenfield has been mandated by a leading player in market research and opinion polling to find a Market Research Consultant (AC239). Leveraging local expertise in Luxembourg and global markets, state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies, passionate employees, and a robust network of partners, they empower clients to navigate daily challenges and shape the future of their enterprises.In the role of Market Research Consultant, your mission is to identify the root causes of challenges and present comprehensive, detailed solutions. The ultimate objective is to propel clients towards greater success.Joining a dynamic team specializing in the public sector, you will report directly to the Managing Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategies of clients in both the public and private spheres.Your role:

In-depth analysis of public and political sector trends, continuously monitoring the activities, replenishing knowledge of industry, products, and field.
Identify the opportunities and challenges on which they can advise and support clients in the public sector.
Develop and maintain client relationships. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Be the guarantor of methodological expertise by linking research issues with appropriate solutions most suited to the client's needs.
Be a true expert and project manager by managing the study process from the commercial proposal to the final delivery.
Conceptualize a study, collect/use necessary data and produce compelling insights.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
Present and explain findings in a credible manner and provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.

Your profile:

Master's or equivalent degree in one of the following fields: behavioral, social, or political sciences, or related.
A professional experience of 4+ years in the public sector, market research, marketing, commercial, or consulting in the same area.
You need to be fluent in Luxembourgish and French languages, this is imperative; advanced in English, and German is an asset.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. * You are interested in political and societal debates in Luxembourg and have a minimum of exposure to this.

You have a very developed sense of customer relations, and you are known to have a strong impact.
You are stress-resistant and able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
You are curious and have very good listening skills.
Result-oriented, you like to develop your network and create new business opportunities.
Great communication and presentation skills.
