- Leading best-in-class App Campaigns Levers strategic framework, guidelines, toolkits to empower community
- Developing scalable processes & frameworks to drive automation and efficiency in Levers operational management
- Coordinating the strategy implementation and operational excellence across all HUBS
- Ensuring worldwide consistency of lever optimizations and feature implementation
- Leading development and implementation of advanced solutions, insights and features worldwide
- Ensuring proper use of the Analytic App platform (MMP) across the Business Units.
- Leveraging Global Performance of App Campaigns Levers worldwide:
- Leading App Campaigns performance & profitability driven levers development worldwide
- Monitoring Worldwide Customer Acquisition performance and budget to achieve Business & Financial Targets
- Working closely with Business Partners (Finance, Procurement) to drive efficiency and performance
- Coordinating strategic relationships with internal & external partners (business partners, tools, agencies, etc.):
- Briefing, supervising, and challenging agencies & solutions for global framework
- Building & coordinating strategic roadmap with partners (agencies, business partners, solutions)
- Animating & Upskilling the worldwide community of App Campaigns experts :
- Supporting HUBs in the development of Levers activation strategies
- Building training, webinar and onboarding sessions to constantly drive the development of the community of experts worldwide
- Supporting the Customer Acquisition Director and Levers teams in the management of major Performance Marketing transversal projects:
- Participation in cross-functional projects with the objective of improving performance, generating incremental revenue and encouraging innovation
- Fostering synergies with the Customer Acquisition, Media & Content and Data & Analysis Teams to drive Digital Marketing efficiency
- Driving Growth opportunities framework for integrating New Business Lines (Products, Brands) and New partners within Customer Acquisition levers working closely with the Digital Projects & Transformation team
- Working closely with Digital Marketing & Ecommerce teams to define business and lever optimization objectives & priorities
