Location: London/Hybrid (on average 1-2 days per week in London office)
Closing Date: 23rd May 2024What to expectAt the Post Office we are currently looking for an experienced PA to join on a fixed term contract to support both our Retail Engagement Director and Network Strategy & Delivery Director.Responsible for supporting both Directors, your tasks will include inbox and diary management as well as booking travel/accommodation and general administrative support.There might also be the additional need to support with event management, processing expenses and support with the arrangement and management of team meetings. In addition you will possess:
  • Previous experience with inbox and diary management are crucial
  • Be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multi task
  • Strong computer literacy ideally including travel booking systems
  • Be highly personable with a passion for customer service
  • Have the flexibility to go to London on a Wednesday or Thursday
