- Self-motivated and professional in demeanor with proven success as a development lead in an Agile environment delivering custom PowerApps and PowerPages, making updates and providing maintenance.
- Proven ability to interface successfully with the customer/client to drive high customer satisfaction and a positive team environment. This includes excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to navigate challenging situations with nuance and skill.
- Experience with defining and documenting deliverable objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning features and functionality.
- Experience with debugging and resolving issues in both the back-end Java code and the front end Angular, JSP/JSF code.
- Experience with completing applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Experience with Java, Javascript, WebSphere / Tomcat, HTML, and related technologies is desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, and SharePoint is required.
- Experience with 508 compliance concepts and methodologies
- Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written), strong teaming skills and tenacious in their ability to address issues
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with job related skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Power Platform
- Experience working remotely 100% with high-speed internet and a dedicated office.
- Ability to provide after-hours On-Call support
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Prefer existing Public Trust Clearance
