The position holder will work in Quality Assurance & GDP-Compliance Unit (Logistics department).Job responsibilities Team Lead Quality Assurance:You coordinate the implementation of the annual activity-plans, set and decide on priorities within the team and monitor on a daily basis the workload and (re)distribution of tasks based on the given situation.You advise and guide team members in terms of technical issues and customer related tasks.You analyse current/past performance and use your insights to improve/standardise processes in the quality assurance process.You support your team members by analysing and resolving specific, complex issues.You ensure the various team activities meet the agreed performance indicators and quality levels, and you take action when needed.You provide management information and report on actual progress against the defined objectives.You ensure an active collaboration and agreements on medical supply quality related approaches with GDP-RP and QA teams.
