As an Employer Branding Manager at Variacode, you'll spearhead critical initiatives aimed at crafting and conveying a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Your role involves nurturing a robust corporate culture, leveraging social media and employer review platforms to spotlight our company as an outstanding employer. Furthermore, you'll be instrumental in developing and championing training and development programs, while also championing diversity and inclusion efforts within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Design employee experience frameworks and assess the impact of personnel practices and policies on employee experience. Review management practices and create onboarding approaches that positively influence engagement from the beginning of the hiring process. Implement appropriate actions to increase employee satisfaction levels and ensure regular two-way feedback with associates. Create and support retention initiatives by executing programs designed to enhance morale, satisfaction, productivity, and employee retention. Gather and analyze measurable data, real-time observations, and feedback across multiple channels to design strategies that improve employee experience. Manage the budget for employee experience and development programs, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and deliver a good return on investment. Seek and manage relationships with external vendors for training programs, as needed.RequisitosQualifications: Previous experience in roles related to Employer Branding, human resources, or talent management in technology companies or similar environments.
