- Ensure compliance with labour regulations, including full HR administration processes;
- Conducts of recruitment processes at all levels in local organization (stores & back office positions);
- Active researching for candidates using standard and non-standard sources;
- Proactive monitoring of the local market in HR field to assure regular feedback, recommendations and action plans propositions to Country Manager and HR Headquarters;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to company HQ including annual salary/benefits surveys (periodic and ad hoc reports as requested);
- Participation in creation and implementation at local level of our Client's HR strategy in areas of training, development, employer branding, motivation etc. according to Headquarters guidelines;
- Creating and implementing HR tools for all stores (procedures, guidelines, etc.);
- Day-to-day cooperation and support with key business partners: Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors with daily tasks from HR area;
- Providing Managers with necessary tools, knowledge and best practices in main HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and helping them build their leadership competencies;
- Leading various HR projects assigned by local management or HR Headquarters;
- Active participation in the new employees' induction process in the office;
- Supporting the expansion of the retail network and making sure that all HR goals are met following the deadlines and opening schedule;
- Being a key advisor in people-related matters and resolving employee relation issues within the expanding retail network;
- Organizing and overseeing various workshops;
- Initiating different activities aimed at building a positive culture and communication;
- Keep up-to-date with latest HR trends and best practice.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences;
- 3 years of experience in HRBP or similar role;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in retail or similar industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills;
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and onboard new employees, lead a multi-functional team and manage HR tasks in a matrix environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Active driver - B licence;
- Ability to travel to office in Skopje 2 to 3 days in a week.
