We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.About the project:Provide services for customers of a medical device company developing and marketing insulin infusion system. Their goal is improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system. You will be providing services for German-speaking clients of the company.Your Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding the products
Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer, complete order entry and coordination of product delivery to customers.
Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer’s issues

Requirements:

Fluency in German language (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

full time contract with Portuguese employer
Salary without accommodation: 1662 euros gross / month
Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1280 euros gross / month
Already included above Productivity bonus of up t o150 Euros/ month
Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:

Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
