- Research target clients/ markets according to business plan
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on sales plans
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication and good service
- Help to create customised sales plans / proposals for key clients
- Oversee / manage after-sales relationship to retain customers
- Report on the status of account statuss
- Suggest company products/services that maximise client satisfaction for new customers
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Help to create customized sales plans for key clientsBook-keeping of activities, whether with targets, clients or partners
- Work alongside other departments e.g. marketing or product to develop / foster activity in target regions
- Min 2 3 years’ work experience as an Junior Account Manager or relevant similar Sales/BA role (experience in the finance, consultancy or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus)
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding commercial principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in the finance, consultancy or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Previous Business Analyst experience will be an advantage.
- Spanish would be a plus, but not essential
