We're dedicated to making a positive impact wherever we go.Are you ready to take on a new challenge?About the roleAs our Head of Sales for the Spanish Market, you will empower, develop & lead a motivated team of SDRs & AEs to continue Amenitiz's exciting growth in Spain. You will have a great opportunity to have a massive impact on the success of our business, you'll lead a 16-person team (which will quickly grow to over 20!) and be our sales ambassador in a key market.Your missionsAs our Head of Sales for the Spanish Market, you will have 3 main missions:Be the Strategical Sales Leader:
  • You'll define the strategy for the Spanish region.
  • Ensure the proper outreach approach to ensure volume generation in every part of the funnel.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Work closely Head of Growth, Product and Customer Team.
Be the People Sales Lead:
  • You'll recruit, develop, manage, coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional Go to Market for your region.
  • Be the leader of the team, engage and grow the team.
Positively contribute to the entire European/Latam GTM Team:
  • You'll build a brilliant GTM Spain sales playbook and share those best practices with the wider European/Latam GTM team.
About you
  • Extensive previous experience as a Sales leader for high-performing teams. +5 years of experience as a Sales leader for high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience leading a +20 people sales team. You will have managed Team Leaders before.
  • You speak English and Spanish and are a strong communicator.
  • Awareness of best-in-class tools for SDRs and Sales.
  • Successful experience cracking an outbound motion in the Spanish region preferably with ICPs similar to Amenitiz ones.
