Our client is looking to recruit an experienced GOC-registered Optometrist or Optician for an exciting opportunity where you will offer support to several practices in the region as well as contribute to the development of the teams within those practices.If you enjoy driving but also want to be part of a team, this could be the position for you!Excellent salary and benefits packageCompany car or allowancePractice-based mobile positionYou will provide clinical cover for the practices in your regionEnsure that clinical standards are maintained across the practicesYou will assist with the induction of new starters to the companyBe part of the interview process for new staff membersProvide ongoing training and support to professional members of the staffThe practices all have a Dispensing Optician to carry out dispenses and a team of assistants to complete pre-screening testsYou'll need to be a fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOCYou will need a full UK driving licence and be happy to work between practices in the regionThe ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alikeExcellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a teamEligibility to work in the UKFrequently asked questionsI’m not GOC registered yet, can I apply?Yes, you can.You will need to be GOC registered to work for our client as an Optometrist/Optician.
