- Define and execute MAC's marketing strategy for the Swiss market.
- Develop and manage the 360° omnichannel marketing plan, spanning all media channels.
- Strategically allocate A&P spend in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Translate consumer calendars into detailed animation and promotion plans for retailers.
- Support Key Account Managers in preparing discussions and executing promotional calendars.
- Create detailed animation and promotional plans by retailer, including brand.com collaborations.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trade marketing
- Translate global marketing plans into dealer-specific activation and promotion plans.
- Support key account managers in meetings with brick-and-mortar and online retailers.
- Initiate and plan B&M events in line with new product launches and trends.
- Manage 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing Executive & National Make Up Artist)
- Manage 1 indirect report (Earned / Owned Media Executive)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing, ideally in FMCG or premium cosmetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong conceptual marketing and business storytelling skills.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; French fluency is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
