What Awaits You:Consumer Marketing:
  • Define and execute MAC's marketing strategy for the Swiss market.
  • Develop and manage the 360° omnichannel marketing plan, spanning all media channels.
  • Strategically allocate A&P spend in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Translate consumer calendars into detailed animation and promotion plans for retailers.
  • Support Key Account Managers in preparing discussions and executing promotional calendars.
Trade Marketing:
  • Create detailed animation and promotional plans by retailer, including brand.com collaborations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trade marketing
  • Translate global marketing plans into dealer-specific activation and promotion plans.
  • Support key account managers in meetings with brick-and-mortar and online retailers.
  • Initiate and plan B&M events in line with new product launches and trends.
Leadership:
  • Manage 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing Executive & National Make Up Artist)
  • Manage 1 indirect report (Earned / Owned Media Executive)
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing, ideally in FMCG or premium cosmetics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong conceptual marketing and business storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; French fluency is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
