- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Organize and oversee the planning and execution of events, including seminars, workshops, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for event promotion, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding for events and related communications.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze event performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral for events, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Act as a liaison with vendors, venues, and other event partners to negotiate contracts and manage logistical arrangements.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reporting on ROI and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach and awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in social media management, communications, and event organization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Native proficiency in German and fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, event planning principles, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of driving engagement, growth, and conversion through social media initiatives and event activations.
