As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our client's versatile IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including cybersecurity activities and email and firewall security. Operation, maintenance, further development, monitoring, and troubleshooting of a versatile IT infrastructure
Maintaining and managing the Microsoft office 365 (accounts, email account, calendars, SharePoint, etc.).
Cooperation in administration and support
Creation and maintenance of the documentation to be supervised systems
Active involvement of specialist knowledge in the implementation of internal and external IT projects (e.g., security, CRM)
Help with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including installation of new technology for the company or for new hires (e.g., computer operating systems, software programs and applications
Active involvement of specialist knowledge in IT security maintenance tasks, including: Email security, Firewall security, Cloud services security, Multi-factor authentication. Lead cybersecurity auditing and compliance-related activities, including threat detection and response.

Your profile:The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/IT Systems or advanced IT training plus proven experience in IT support. They possess excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency would be advantageous.
