The products include topical and bio-dermatological products.In Sales Team we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.Your roleYou will be responsible to deliver expected sales performance and beyond in the territory though establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with high-potential hospitals and HCPs in private practice, transferring a strong value proposition for the biological therapy and established products to the stakeholders assigned.
- Builds strong and effective relationships with Dermatologists and Allergists (including hospital pharmacists) within the relevant Hospital/specialist centers and in private practice
- Highly skilled in using a customer relationship management approach to capture valuable insights around needs and expectations of their customers
- Demonstrate a holistic approach in connecting with customers, providing clinical knowledge and the ability to anticipate environmental changes and obstacles
- Differentiates product value proposition to all Healthcare providers, to Physicians or other stakeholders assigned to develop and maintain advocates for innovative therapies
- Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: insights on customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges
- Develop Key Account Plans in collaboration with MSL and marketing, focused on key accounts with measurable objectives and tactics to gain access and deliver added value to customers
- Work in collaboration with medical and marketing to best address the customer need with a win-win approach
- Degree in natural sciences or paramedical background

- Several years of field service experience in the pharmaceutical industry (especially hospital business)
- In-depth knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels and the healthcare sector
- Pre-existing dermatology knowledge and key account network is a plus
- Excellence in customer engagement, scientific data and negotiation
- Experience with multichannel plan setting and implementation
- Excellence in strategic hospital account management and planning
- Ability to map patient journey, local networks and build local plans
- Experience in complex, high value medicine environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
