  • provide guidance and support to various business applications requiring archiving to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.
  • engage with stakeholders across different regions to comprehend the business requirements and objectives, with the aim of facilitating the onboarding process.
  • manage the entire technical setup process, deployment across testing environments, ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing and enforce adherence to release timelines.
  • coordinate with multiple teams to resolve product issues and environment disruptions efficiently and effectively;
  • respond to ad-hoc queries and requests for technical assistance in a timely matter.

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working as an Onboarding Engineer in our Appraisal, Onboarding and Advisory Services team, in an international environment with a global scope, supporting and providing additional capacity to the current Documents Archiving & Records Management crew based in Zurich.Your expertise
  • experience in the international banking environment and knowledge about banking processes and products.
  • a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you're able to micro-manage yourself).
  • team-orientated, but also independently minded.
  • ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • expertise in project management, with proven experience coordinating the entire process from planning and development to execution, ensuring the successfully implementation.
  • technical background with proficiency in UNIX/Linux, REST API, SQL database management.
  • ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems and propose effective and timely solutions.
  • willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in digital archiving technologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
