TasksOver a period of 8-12 months, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Co-development and further development of training content in cooperation with the project team for the entire Lufthansa Group in the area of hospitality training. The trainings include the following topics:
Soft skills: Appearance and behavior towards guests, communication and intercultural skills
Hard skills: gastronomic expertise and service skills
leadership
Product training
Preparation of training documents
Translation of the documents into English
Contributing ideas and specialist knowledge from the catering and hotel sectors
Assisting with daily routine work in the area of course maintenance and administration

Student:in a Swiss hotel management school
Interest in aviation and adult education
Strong communication skills with intercultural competencies
