- Understanding and analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and project management.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Japanese N2 proficiency or above
5 years or more of experience as a PM / Engineer / BrSE in an IT company
Leadership experience with teams or organizations of 5 people or more
Preferred:
Development experience in TypeScript and Node.js
Agile development experience
Personal traits:
