Job Description:Ensure efficient and consistent project management within the company by providing support to project teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Missions:
  • Project portfolio management
  • Implementation of methodologies and processes
  • Support to project teams
  • Development of reporting and communication
  • Risk and change management
Tasks:
  • Project portfolio management:
– Identify, assess, and prioritize projects based on the company’s strategic objectives.– Monitor project progress and ensure their alignment with requirements and deadlines.
  • Implementation of methodologies and processes:
– Define and implement suitable project management methodologies.– Establish monitoring and reporting processes to ensure transparent management of projects.
  • Support to project teams :
– Provide support to project managers in terms of planning, monitoring, and problem-solving.– Organize training sessions for teams on best project management practices.
  • Reporting and communication:
– Develop regular reports on project progress for the management-– Facilitate communication between project teams and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk and change management :
– Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.– Manage change requests and assess their impact on projects.Commitments
  • Collaborate effectively with one’s own department as well as other departments.
  • Obligation to respect deadlines, to work by priority, and within the timelines determined by the hierarchy.
  • Ensure the quality of one’s performance and work in general.
  • Maintain impeccable behavior and respectful relationships towards all employees.

Required Skills :
  • Proven experience in project management and/or in a similar role within a PMO.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications :
  • University degree in project management, business management, or a related field.
