  • Our client is looking for an engaging Sales executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.Your responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualification / Requirements
  • OND / NCE / HND/ BSc in Estate Management, Marketing or any relevant field
  • Atleast 3 - 7 years of proven experience selling of real estate product, e.g. Land, properties etc.
  • Must be a target driven individual
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with all kinds of people
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Accurate report writing skill
Salary / Benefits
  • Gross salary - N40,000 / month.
  • 15% commission on sales
  • Over 60k monthly incentives
  • Data & airtime allowance
  • Trainings and development
  • And other welfare packages to be disclosed Upon resumption
