Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Logistics, SAP WM
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP Logistics, WM module.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Proactively identify and propose business processes and system enhancement.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues
- Relevant experience in SAP - Supply Chain Execution, Order Management, Logistics, Demand & Supply management, Warehouse Management., Interface with FI, MM Pricing, Message Determination ยท SAP ERP knowledge
- Need to have good communication skills.
- Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
