- Work closely with senior leaders and growth champions to develop and implement the agency's new business cross channel sales strategy, ensuring strategic alignment of sales with marketing plan with the agency business plan and growth objectives.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams (Growth Champions) internally (e.g. sales, marketing, neuroscience, BeSci, qual, analytics) to spearhead partnership opportunities and integration.
- Deliver new business and key account management training and initiatives across the agency teams to deliver growth.
- Ensure the 'voice' of the agency to prospects is aligned with our brand and tone, with approaches that engage and inspire clients to want to work with us.
- Efficiently manage the process for handling Request for Information (RFI) submissions and assembling the ideal pitch team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the agency; bringing the agency teams/people together, ensuring that collaboration is not only fun and inspiring but that it delivers.
- You'll have a proven track record within Sales and New Business Development within a Market Research, insight, creative, integrated, digital or media agency.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, getting prospects attention and engagement. Encouraging teams internally to get behind opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinker. Able to spot new opportunities with a research and data-led approach.
- Highly motivated and inspires others. Sees researchers as a collaborative commercial team to motivate and challenge.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, always seeking improved and more efficient methods.
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding business dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail with an eye for the aesthetics
- Ability to move from content marketing to prospecting.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively, building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, working effectively with others for the benefit of all.
