- Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors based on the requirements of each project
- Coordinate all relevant parties involved in the project: strategic definition, preparation and brief, concept design, developed design, technical design, and procurement
- Stay on top of cost and time management, ensuring that all project records are consistently updated
- Proactively anticipate and address any potential issues to minimize their impact on schedule, budget, and overall quality
- Understand the complexities of the supply chain and effectively manage procurement aspects of the construction process
- Ensure successful handover and closeout
- 3-5 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience in the Restaurant industry
- Proficient in building codes, construction sequencing, and best building practices
- Experience in cost estimating, cost control and analysis to ensure the projects stay within budgetary constraints
- Proficiency in project management, including data evaluation, scoping projects, risk assessment, task delegation, and preparing presentations
- Effective communication abilities for coordinating diverse stakeholders
- Availability to travel
