This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.The OpportunityAs Procurement Lead, you will lead on the processing, coordination and evaluation of procurement for Multiverse taking steps to improve the overall productivity and cost efficiency of our supplier relationships. This will include building processes from scratch that maximise efficiency and accountability at scale as well as getting hands-on managing some supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Specifically, you willReview, develop and implement our procurement processes and strategy at MultiverseIdentifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business resultsPerforming all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender managementRun tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors whilst undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts and arrangementsNegotiating terms and prices with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practicesSupport departments in their procurement efforts by either supervising purchasing, delegating tasks or offering consultative support as is required by departmental expertise.Establish SLA's across the business for the differing tiers of procurement activity (e.g. contract renewals, time to purchase of new system)Analyse data, produce reports and statistics on spending, saving and forecast price trends and their impact on future activitiesDrive efficiencies and actively seek out cost reduction in across our suppliers and vendors.About youProven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of ProcurementStrong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the marketExperience of managing a tender process and contract negotiationAptitude in project management, decision-making and process improvementStrategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluationStrong knowledge of supplier or third-party management softwareStrong planning skills and project management expertiseExperience in collecting and analysing dataYou align closely with and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them.How we hireBenefitsTime off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per yearHealth & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health supportHybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a yearTeam fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and InclusionWe're an equal opportunities employer.
