We have partnered with the majority of manufacturers - humanizing corporate training by delivering custom learning solutions that put people first. Our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of each organization we partner with. We're currently seeking experienced automotive Facilitators with change management expertise to join our program with leading manufacturers. This is a long-term contract opportunity with regional travel, and candidates must currently reside on the West Coast or in Texas. We anticipate up to 12 in-dealership training days/month and up to 3 virtual training days/month at an estimated rate of $1,000/day.Job DescriptionThe Facilitator will be assigned a group of dealerships within a defined geographic area and will be responsible for organizing and conducting training programs, both in-person and virtually, focused on sales product and skills training. Ideal candidates understand change management and F&I in a sales environment.Requirements
  • Automotive industry experience is mandatory with at least 3 - 5 years experience in dealership consulting and training.
  • Experience working with automotive dealership sales teams at the General Manager, General Sales Manager, and Salesperson level.
  • Experience with F&I is helpful.
  • Experience training in negotiation-free sales, CX and hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is mandatory as is the ability to communicate to a mid-size audience.
  • Knowledge of standard dealership practices, processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of key personnel positions, functions and practices.
  • Adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc.
  • Management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing.
