- Identify growth opportunities within our client portfolio and tailor our services to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop strategies and proposals independently, with a focus on driving growth.
- Directly manage a team of Account Directors and Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Motivate and inspire the account team through regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
- Multiple years of experience in professional client relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth.
- Experience working with in Experiential Activations and Content Creation.
- Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills.
- Familiarity with creative processes and digital platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret sales performance metrics.
- Flexibility to attend evening events and travel as needed.
