- You will work remotely and from an office with a team of Client Managers dedicated to client satisfaction.
- You will get in-depth on the job training and learn about insurance, insurance broking as well as building relationships within the business and outside with our partners.

- To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the Group.

- To handle both new and existing customer enquiries on behalf of the Account Executives.
- To deal with administrative processes involved in new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Ensure all requests from clients are dealt with promptly, correctly, and efficiently within Marsh Commercial’s regulatory guidelines for compliance.
- Building relationships with our panel of insurers to ensure the client receive the best terms and price for their policy.
- To gather all relevant information & documentation from the clients on their policy, levels of cover and pertinent exclusions in relation to the renewal queries being presented.
- To ensure the production of required documentation and the processing of renewal policies.
- To ensure a pronounced emphasis is on the retention of existing customers and growing each portfolio through developing excellent client relationships, this includes obtaining referrals and cross-selling.
- Ensure all files are maintained and updated with all document, email and telephone exchanges.
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
- A desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry
- A thirst for learning and the opportunity to study for further insurance related qualifications
- Prior insurance experience, although this is not essential
