- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant logistics experience, or Masters and 3 years of relevant logistics experience
- Experience providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to government/military sustainment programs
- Demonstrated leadership experience, whether in a formal managerial role or in a team leader capacity
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Current active DoD Secret Clearance
- International deployment experience supporting the United States Air Force
- ITAR/Export Compliance experience
- Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS government property regulations
- Knowledge of USAF Traffic Management Office (TMO) military airlift (MILAIR) requirements
- Experience planning and executing government property audits
- Knowledge of Depot Maintenance and Supply Support for fielded military systems
- Control Account Manager (CAM) certification and experience as a CAM
- Experience with defense contractor proposals, to include writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
