We create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers to answer society's needs - today and in the future.About the jobAs our HR Business Partner based at our Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg you will have a central role in supporting local and international leaders in their people priorities and talent agenda. By providing HR expertise, coaching and guidance to managers in their leadership you will make an impact on both team and individual level. You will drive and execute HR projects in line with our people agenda as well as working on the continuous development of our HR function.In your future role as HR Business Partner you will
  • Work as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
  • Work closely with management to understand key business objectives and develop HR tactics and strategies to support them.
  • Develop and implement talent processes, including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by helping lead proactive communication and change management efforts through the business.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers.
  • Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures in the organizations ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the business.
  • Contribute to the development of our HR operating model and continued improvement of our support model.
The position is based at our new Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg and reports to our Vice President HR Global Commercial & Nordics. You will be part of a Nordic HR team consisting of 25 committed, engaged and collaborative colleagues with high standards who believe in team spirit and caring for each other.   • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Progressive HR experience, including an HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of building high-performing teams and leadership capabilities needed to attract, develop and retain talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in labor relations and employment legislation.
  • Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and managing employee relations issues.
  • Ability to work independently with people data and reporting, in both Excel and in Success Factors (or equivalent HR master data system).
  • Ability to speak and write both Swedish and English (Nouryon' s corporate language) fluently.
Great if you have
  • Work experience from a matrix environment, building effective relationships with management and functions in an international environment.
  • Excellence within the field of Total Rewards, Talent Acquistion, Talent Management and/or HRIT.
  • Track record of working with people data and analytics to make informed decisions.
